Hoboken Catholic Academy offers an After Care program from dismissal until 6:00 p.m. on school days. This service is provided for parents/guardians whose work schedule makes it necessary for them to arrange child care for after school hours. The After Care Program is supervised by members of the school staff. The fee for After Care is $5.00 for each half hour or part of a half hour. A non-refundable registration fee of $25.00 is due with the attached enrollment form. Bills based on the previous week’s attendance in After Care will be sent home on Monday or Tuesday. Payment must be received by Thursday in order for your child to be permitted to attend After Care the following week. All children must be picked up by 6:00 p.m.
The After Care program will provide quiet time for completion of homework, a snack, and play time. Students are expected to abide by the rules of the school and directives of the adults supervising the After Care program. Student misbehavior will be brought to the attention of the parent and the principal, and may necessitate a parent conference. Repeated incidents of misbehavior may result in suspension of the child from the After Care program.
If your child/children will be attending the After Care program you must complete the attached enrollment form and return it with the $25.00 registration fee to the school secretary prior to your child’s attendance in After Care.
