Immunizations
Pre-K 3 & 4
Mandatory flu vaccines are due by December 31st.

6th Grade
Tdap & meningococcal vaccines are due
within 2 weeks of the students 11th birthday

Please remember to send in updated records every time your child has an immunization. Failure to comply with state requirements may result in your child’s exclusion from school.

The Thanksgiving Assembly to be held on Monday, November 24th will begin at 10:00 a.m.
(not 1:00 p.m. as noted on the calendar)
