Tuition and Fees

Listed below are the tuition rates and fees for the 2020-2021 school year.
A yearly increase in tuition is necessary in order to meet the increase in expenses.

Tuition Rate for Kindergarten $8,200.00
Parishioner Tuition Rates for Grades 1 through Grade 8
First Child $7,450.00
Second Child $6,700.00
Third Child $6,700.00
Each additional child $6,700.00

*Parishioner rate tuition will be offered to those families who submit “Parishioner Verification Form” signed by the pastor of their Roman Catholic parish in the Archdiocese of Newark and a copy of the child’s baptismal certificate from a Roman Catholic Church.
Verification form and baptism certificate should be submitted during the re-registration/ registration process. After re-registration/ registration period ends request for parishioner discount rate cannot be accepted.

Re-Registration Fee for CURRENT STUDENTS (non-refunable):
$200.00 per child

*The re-registration period ends on November 20, 2018. The $750 “New Student Fee” will be charged  for re-registration of current students received after  November 20, 2018

Tuition Deposit for CURRENT STUDENTS (non-refundable):
Applied on to final month’s tuition payment

Non-Parishioner Rate Tuition Rate for Grades 1 through Grade 8:
$8,000.00
 
Pre-Kindergarten Tuition Rate:
$9,000.00
 
Registration Fee for NEW STUDENTS (non-refundable):
$750.00 per child
Tuition Deposit for NEW STUDENTS (non-refundable):
Applied on to final month’s tuition payment
$500.00 per child
Application Fee for NEW STUDENTS (non refundable):
$50.00 per child
 
Technology Fee for PreK- Grade 2 (non-refundable):
$250.00 per child
Technology Fee for Grades 3-4 (non-refundable):
$350.00 per child
Technology Fee for Grades 5-8 (non-refundable):
$500.00 per child
 
Security Fee per Family (non-refundable):
$250.00

 

Payment of Tuition
Tuition payments are made through Smart Tuition Management.  The first payment is due April 10th. Failure to make first tuition payment in April 10, 2020 will result in cancellation of registration and forfeiture of all fees. If you choose to re-apply it will be at the new student rate and you will be placed on a waiting list.


The following tuition payment plans are available:
1 month: Full tuition paid in one payment – 3% discount if paid before April 10, 2020
2 months: Tuition paid in two payments- April and September 2020
4 months: Tuition paid in four payments- April, June, September and December 2020
10 months: Tuition paid in ten payments- April 2020 through January 2021

RETURNED CHECK POLICY
A FEE OF $100 WILL BE ASSESSED FOR A RETURNED CHECK.
