November is here! This is the season of harvest and thanksgiving.  In just a few weeks, as Americans we will gather around the table with those who are most important to us and celebrate Thanksgiving.  We will pause from the chaos of our lives and spend the day enjoying the gift of one another.  Before the carving of the turkey, let us pause to offer our Heavenly Father a prayer of thanksgiving, symbolizing our eternal gratitude for His unconditional love.  As principal of Hoboken Catholic Academy, I am thankful for the opportunity to serve our students, staff and our families in away that helps bring all closer to God.  I am thankful that each day begins in prayer, and our days are spent in the presence of Jesus Christ.  I am thankful for our HCA community, and especially for our dedicated parents whom give their time and talent, all for the enhancement of our school.  I am thankful for our teachers and support staff who continue to be the light of Christ to all they encounter.  It is an incredible feeling to be working alongside so many individuals who go above and beyond in helping our students form not only intellectually, but spiritually.  Lastly, I am most thankful for the gift of our students.  To hear their stories, to see them grow and develop, to witness their personal faith formation.  Please know that you and your family remain in my heart and in my prayers as I gather around my table and offer my prayer of thanksgiving.
