Grade 6 Social Studies
Students will examine the geography, cultures, religion, history, economic systems and governmental systems of selected ancient civilizations and modern cultures of the Eastern Hemisphere.
Grade 7 & 8 Social Studies
Students in Grade 7 and Grade 8 will be engaged in a two-year study of United States history. Students will examine the historical, political, geographical, economic, and cultural dimensions of our country.
Grade 7 will explore America’s development from the colonial period to the end of the Reconstruction period.
Grade 8 students will continue the study of our nation’s history to the present.
